Natural diamond
A natural diamond is a crystal of pure carbon formed deep within the Earth’s mantle over 1 to 3 billion years ago. Created by intense heat and pressure more than 100 miles underground, natural diamonds are mined from the earth and then cut and polished into the beautiful gemstones used in fine jewelry. Every natural diamond is a unique masterpiece of time and nature.
Natural diamonds form under very specific geological conditions: High pressure and temperature cause carbon atoms to bond in a crystal structure. Volcanic eruptions carry diamonds to the surface through kimberlite pipes. These are mined, extracted, and cut by skilled artisans.
This slow natural process gives each diamond its own one-of-a-kind clarity characteristics and internal "fingerprints."
While lab-grown diamonds are also made of carbon, natural diamonds are formed by nature over billions of years, making each one a rare, geological treasure. They offer a sense of legacy and authenticity that many customers value when marking life’s most important moments.

Lab-grown diamond
A lab-grown diamond — also called a lab-created, man-made, or engineered diamond — is a real diamond created in a laboratory environment, not the Earth’s mantle. It has the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as a natural diamond — made entirely of carbon and graded using the same 4Cs: cut, color, clarity, and carat. In fact, even expert gemologists need special equipment to tell lab-grown and natural diamonds apart.
Lab diamonds are created using two advanced scientific methods:
1. HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) mimics the Earth’s natural diamond-forming conditions. A small diamond seed is placed under intense heat and pressure until it grows into a larger crystal.
2. CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)
A diamond seed is placed in a chamber filled with carbon-rich gas. The gas breaks down, and carbon atoms bond to the seed, growing layer by layer. Both methods result in diamonds that are genuine, durable, and stunningly beautiful.

Colored Diamonds
Colored diamonds are natural or lab-grown diamonds that display a noticeable hue other than white or colorless. Unlike traditional diamonds graded on lack of color, colored diamonds are valued for their vibrant and visible color, which is caused by trace elements or crystal distortions during their formation.
Colored natural diamonds are incredibly rare — only about 1 in 10,000 natural diamonds has natural color.
Colored diamonds are graded by the intensity and evenness of their color, not the traditional D–Z color scale used for white diamonds.
Color Intensity Grades: Faint, Very Light, Light, Fancy Light, Fancy, Fancy Intense, Fancy Vivid, Fancy Deep / Fancy Dark. The more saturated and pure the color, the rarer and more valuable the
