Adamand offers fast, free shipping and full insurance on every order.
Each piece of jewelry is custom-made and requiring 5 to 7 business days for manufacturing .
Once ready, your order will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express Service for safe and timely delivery.

1. We require a signature for delivery of all orders.
2. We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
3. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
4. Once an order is placed, we are unable to re-direct the package to an alternate address for any reason.
5. FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Adamand. We will contact you to determine next steps.
   
6. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.
7. If you prefer, we can arrange to have your package held at a local FedEx location for pickup at your convenience. Simply contact us to request this option.
